These Terms of Service govern your use of TrndBird's products, including our AI caption generator, hashtag tools, analytics and related creator features. By using TrndBird you agree to these terms.

Using TrndBird

You may use TrndBird only for lawful purposes and in line with applicable platform rules (for example, Instagram's and other social networks' terms). You are responsible for the content you create, upload or publish using our tools.

Accounts & subscriptions

Some features are free, while others may require a paid subscription. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Subscription billing, renewal and cancellation details are shown at checkout and inside your billing settings.

Content & intellectual property

You own the content you upload and create with TrndBird. By using our tools you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service. TrndBird, the website, brand and software remain our intellectual property and are licensed, not sold, to you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse TrndBird, including by attempting to break security, copy or resell the service, or use it for illegal, harmful or abusive activities. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these terms are being violated.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

TrndBird is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any guarantees that captions, hashtags or insights will achieve specific results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims related to your use of TrndBird is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material we'll post an updated version here and, where appropriate, notify you via email or in the product.
