• Content: Text, images, prompts, captions, hashtags, and other material submitted or generated in your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use TrndBird. If local law requires a higher age, you must meet that higher requirement.

If you use the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You agree to use TrndBird lawfully and responsibly.

• Use outputs with your own review and judgment.
• Remain responsible for what you publish or distribute.

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for all activity under your account.

• Provide accurate account information.
• Use a secure password and protect access credentials.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Some features are free, while others require a paid subscription. Pricing and plan details are shown in-product.

• Paid plans may renew automatically unless canceled.
• You are responsible for applicable taxes and payment fees.
• Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

You retain ownership of your Content.

You grant TrndBird a limited, non-exclusive license to process your Content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

You represent that you have the rights required to upload and use the Content you submit.

You may not misuse TrndBird. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.
• Attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls.
• Using the Service to infringe third-party rights.
• Automated scraping or excessive requests that impair performance.

TrndBird and its platform technology, brand, and design are protected by intellectual property laws.

Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms are violated, misuse occurs, or legal compliance requires action.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that should survive termination (for example liability and IP terms) will continue to apply.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific business outcomes.

AI outputs may vary and should be reviewed before publishing or relying on them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrndBird will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our aggregate liability for claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount paid by you to TrndBird in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where TrndBird operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
